• I hereby apply to purchase a property at Victorus Estate at Charlotte Village, Freetown Sierra Leone

• Any purchaser who is a resident outside the shores of Sierra Leone would appoint a Representative or
  a Next of Kin or executor with powers of attorney who will be a person resident in Sierra Leone and
  shall have full authority to act in respect of the house and all matters including handing over
  relating thereto in the same manner as the purchaser.

• All names and information submitted on this document shall be used on all documents
  subsequently and hereinafter unless otherwise notified
